| Can I use my Moment Card on Moment Food? | Yes, Cardholders may earn points and get discounted delivery fees for Moment Food transactions. For the mean time, Moment Card discounts and the P500 coupon can only be used in the physical shops. |

| Can I buy the Moment Card online? | The Moment Card can be bought from our 8Cuts, Manam, Ooma, Din Tai Fung, Shawa Wama and Phat Pho online shops. |
| How much is the Moment Card? | The Moment Card can be availed for P1,000, inclusive of a P500 discount coupon. For the meantime, the discount coupon can only be used for dine-in and take-out orders. |
| What benefits do I get on Moment Food as a cardholder? | The Moment Card entitles you to earn Moments (points) for online orders and get discounted delivery fees beyond a 3 KM radius. For orders within a 3 KM radius, a free delivery perk is offered to Cardholders. |
| How do I get my purchased card from Moment Food? | You may get your card via (1) dine-in, (2) pick-up or (3) delivered to you via Mo'Go. |
| Can I use the Moment Card right after I purchase it? | The Moment Card must be (1) registered through the official website (www.momentcard.ph) and (2) activated via e-mail verfication before it can be used. |
| How do I use my card on Moment Food? |
i) After activating your Moment Card, go to www.Momentfood.com and create an account. ii) Once you have logged-in and finished placing your order, you will be asked to input your registered e-mail address and card number on the Cart Page before checking out. |
